About Me
Hi! I am Rebecca
My time in F&B—as an assistant pastry chef and a hawker—taught me to embrace diverse needs with empathy and curiosity. I constantly asked “How can I create something that truly meets someone's needs?” Today, that mindset drives my user‑centered design approach.
At the Defence Science and Technology Agency and the Ministry of Education, I applied it to recruitment marketing, using user research to uncover what resonates with prospective employees and crafting targeted messaging to attract top talent.
Extending this mindset to talent management, I leveraged my strong stakeholder management skills to balance business objectives with teachers’ career aspirations.
